Around the Clock in Barre
When a project keeps a community moving, the work doesn't stop when the sun goes down.
The J.P. Sicard crew is working day and night shifts to reconstruct the railroad crossings at Hill Street and South Main Street in Barre City. The project includes new railroad track, upgraded crossing surfaces, drainage improvements, utility upgrades, and modern railroad signal systems.
These improvements will make the crossings safer, more reliable, and built to serve Barre for years to come.
A big thank you to our dedicated crews working long hours and to the community for your patience while this important work is underway.
